Refund policy

We offer a 7 day refund policy. If our item was sent or received to you in a damaged condition, or if it breaks in the first 7 days of ownership, you can apply for a full refund. Please send a video through our instagram for proof so the refund process may begin. We DO NOT accept any returns.
